Disclaimer

JAXON offers legal industrial hemp grown under a cultivation license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Oregon's agricultural pilot program operates under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill. According to the Farm Bill, "industrial hemp" is defined as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of no more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Any flower material or finished products that do not meet this requirement are shipped from our California location.

In compliance with California law, products containing Delta-8 THC and THCA are also regulated, with strict guidelines on their manufacturing, distribution, and sale to ensure they meet the state's safety and compliance standards.

California Use Policy:

By agreeing to JAXON's terms and conditions, you are acknowledging the company's policy that its hemp flower products are intended for extraction purposes only, aligning with state regulations on sales. This policy is designed to comply with California's restrictions on the sale of inhalable hemp products.

WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including delta 9 THC and the terpene beta myrcene, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer. Beta-myrcene is naturally occurring in many hemp cultivars.  Delta 9 thc is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Product Appearance

We strive to display the images of our flower products as accurately as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee an exact match. Natural products often show color variations due to factors such as soil conditions, pH levels, temperature, oxidation, product age, and more. Additionally, our photos are taken under ideal lighting conditions, which can affect their appearance. Please note that different screens, such as computer monitors and phones, are not calibrated the same way, which can further affect color representation. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see online will perfectly match the actual product.

Shipping Terms & Conditions


JAXON ships primarily through USPS according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Under certain circumstances, we may use UPS. All UPS deliveries require an adult signature.
JAXON is not responsible for any order that is stolen, lost in transit, not delivered, or seized. If you would like protection against loss, theft, or damage, you must add Navidium Shipping Protection to your order at checkout.
Although JAXON ships throughout the U.S., we encourage customers to research their state and county laws regarding hemp before placing an order.

Business Days & Processing Time

Our business days are Monday through Friday (closed on weekends and federal holidays).

We require 2 full business days to process and fulfill any order placed Monday–Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a federal holiday).

Average delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Free Shipping

If you qualify for and select Free Shipping, your package will ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise requested or if the order exceeds 10 pounds.

Orders over 10 pounds will ship via UPS and require an adult signature.

Delivery Timeframes & Guarantees

USPS guarantees delivery times only for Priority Mail Express. 

If you get Priority Mail Express and your package is delayed please file a claim with USPS.

USPS does not guarantee delivery times for Ground Advantage or Priority Mail; therefore, expedited shipping times are not guaranteed and will not be refunded if late.

All delivery times are estimates. Once a package is in the courier’s possession, JAXON has no control over delivery speed or delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that any order can be changed or canceled after it is placed.

All shipping address changes, order changes, or error corrections must be reported by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order.

Reporting a change does not guarantee it can be made.

Lost or Stolen Packages - With Shipping Insurance 

If you purchased Navidium Shipping Protection and experience any issues such as theft, loss in transit, non-delivery, or seizure, you must contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Failure to report the issue within this timeframe will result in our inability to process a refund or replacement.

A package is considered lost in transit if there have been no updated tracking scans for 7 business days. If your tracking shows the package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local post office immediately.

If a package is reported missing, there is a required 5-business-day waiting period before we can classify it as lost or stolen and take further action. This allows time for potential delivery delays and confirmation of the package’s status.
During this period, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier with your tracking number

Checking surrounding areas and with neighbors

Reviewing any available security camera footage

Looking in less obvious delivery spots

We cannot process a refund, replacement, or file a claim until this 5-day waiting period has passed. If the package remains missing after that, we will initiate the next steps for resolution.

High-Value Orders
For purchases over $750, even if insurance was purchased, a police report is required for missing or stolen packages in order to process a refund. If a police report is not filed by the customer, and a chargeback is initiated after the package is reported missing, we reserve the right to file a police report on the customer's behalf. This ensures proper documentation, supports investigation of potential fraud, and complies with our security protocols for high-value transactions.


Returns

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We will not issue refunds for any unauthorized returns. If we make a mistake on an order, or the product can be proven defective, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We ask that return requests be emailed to customerservice@buyoregonhemp.com . We will likely request photos and a detailed explanation for return authorization. Store credit will be issued in most cases. Under no circumstances will shipping be refunded.

We think Hemp and CBD makes wonderful, miraculous medicine, however, we are obligated to provide FDA disclosure. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always check with a physician before trying any new dietary supplement, medicinal herb or botanical extract.
