Return and Shipping Policy
At JAXON, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. We understand that sometimes due to circumstances out of our control, you may have issues with shipping or delivery.
Shipping
JAXON ships packages strictly through UPS and USPS according to our customers shipping method requests. JAXON is not responsible for any order that is stolen, lost in transit, not delivered or seized. Although JAXON ships throughout the U.S., we encourage all of our customers to do their own research into their individual state’s and county’s laws.
We need 2 full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days before contacting us with any questions. If your package does not arrive within 10 business days (two weeks) please contact our customer service department. Please note that during COVID 19, carriers are NOT guaranteeing shipping times, thus expedited shipping times are not guaranteed and will not be refunded if a package is late.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and we are unable to guarantee that any order will be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed. All shipping errors on orders must be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not report errors within the 48 hours we will not be responsible for shipping errors. Customer must have invoice available for verification when contacting customer service regarding errors in their orders.
Using Navidium for Shipping Protection
For added peace of mind, we offer Navidium Protection at checkout. This service provides coverage for lost, stolen, or missing items and ensures a hassle-free process. If you purchased Navidium Return Protection with your order, let customer service know in the email.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We will not issue refunds for any unauthorized returns. In the event that we make a mistake on an order, or product can be proven to be defective, returns will be considered on a case by case basis. We ask that return requests are emailed to customerservice@buyoregonhemp.com . We will likely request photos and a detailed explanation for return authorization. Store credit will be issued in most cases. Under no circumstances will shipping be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
- All items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Gift cards and store credit are also non-returnable.
