CBD, THCa, and THC – What’s the Difference?
CBD, THCa, and THC are cannabinoids that interact with your body in unique ways. Will Smoking THCa Get Me High?
Yes, smoking THCa can get you high—but here’s how it works. THCa itself is non-intoxicating in its raw form, but when it’s heated (through smoking, vaping, or cooking), it converts into THC, the cannabinoid responsible for the euphoric, intoxicating effects cannabis is known for. So, if you light up a THCa-rich flower, the heat transforms the THCa into THC, delivering the full psychoactive experience. Keep in mind that the potency of the effects depends on the THCa content and how much you consume.
Is THCa Legal in the United States?
The legality of THCa depends on its source and local laws. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived THCa is federally legal in the United States as long as the final product contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, once THCa is heated and converted into THC, it may fall under stricter regulations, depending on your state. Always check your local laws before purchasing or using THCa products to ensure compliance.

Do You Ship to My State?
The short answer is YES. Even though we can ship hemp to every state, we encourage our customers to check local laws since hemp laws continuously change at the state and local levels. Shipments are made primarily via USPS, but UPS is also available. However, UPS will require an adult signature upon delivery. Ground shipping is free on all orders over $100, but faster shipping is available for an additional fee.
